Bea'Viewed is a platform that connects clients with independent beauty professionals. We do not employ, supervise, direct, or control beauty professionals listed on our platform.
We do not provide beauty services. All services are provided by independent professionals who operate their own businesses. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcomes of any services provided.
Reviews represent user opinions only. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of reviews. Reviews are the subjective opinions of individual users and should be considered as such.
By using Bea'Viewed, you acknowledge and agree to use services at your own discretion and risk.
How We Maintain Trust
Professional Verification
We offer verification for beauty professionals who provide documentation proving their identity and, when applicable, their state license. Verified badges indicate that a professional has completed our verification process. However, verification does not guarantee the quality of service, professional conduct, or any specific outcome.
Note: Some beauty services (braiding, makeup artistry, etc.) do not require state licensing in many areas. Professionals without state licenses may still be verified as legitimate business operators.
Review Authenticity
All reviews must come from registered accounts. We monitor for suspicious patterns such as fake reviews, review manipulation, or coordinated fraud. Professionals cannot delete reviews—they can only respond publicly. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our Community Guidelines.
Content Moderation
We actively moderate content to maintain platform integrity. This includes removing spam, harassment, hate speech, fake reviews, and other policy violations. While we make good faith efforts to moderate content, we cannot guarantee that all problematic content will be identified or removed immediately.
Safety Tips for Clients
Before Booking
- •Read multiple reviews, not just the highest or lowest ratings
- •Check if the professional is verified and licensed (when applicable)
- •Review their portfolio photos to see their actual work
- •Confirm pricing, services, and policies before booking
- •Ask questions via their contact information or booking platform
Red Flags to Watch For
- ⚠Requesting payment through unusual methods (cash app to personal accounts before service)
- ⚠Unwilling to answer questions about experience or credentials
- ⚠No portfolio photos or all photos appear to be from other sources
- ⚠Pressure to book immediately or "special deals" that seem too good to be true
- ⚠Inconsistent or suspicious reviews (all posted at once, generic language)
Your Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for:
- •Conducting your own due diligence before booking services
- •Communicating directly with professionals about your needs and expectations
- •Following professionals' policies regarding deposits, cancellations, and conduct
- •Leaving honest, accurate reviews based on your actual experience
For Beauty Professionals
Protecting Your Business
- •Keep your profile information accurate and up-to-date
- •Respond professionally to all reviews, including negative ones
- •Complete verification to build trust with potential clients
- •Never ask clients to remove or change reviews—respond publicly instead
- •Report fake reviews or harassment through our reporting system
Prohibited Practices
- ✗Soliciting or purchasing fake reviews
- ✗Offering incentives in exchange for positive reviews
- ✗Creating multiple accounts to manipulate ratings
- ✗Harassing or threatening clients who leave negative reviews
- ✗Using others' photos as your portfolio without permission
Reporting Issues
If you encounter any of the following, please report it immediately:
- •Fake reviews or review manipulation - Reviews that appear fraudulent or coordinated
- •Harassment or threatening behavior - Any form of abuse, threats, or intimidation
- •Fraudulent profiles - Impersonation or misleading information
- •Inappropriate content - Hate speech, discrimination, or explicit material
- •Spam or promotional abuse - Excessive promotional content or spam
- •Privacy violations - Sharing others' personal information without consent
How to Report
Email us at safety@beaviewed.com with:
- • A description of the issue
- • Links to relevant profiles, reviews, or content
- • Screenshots if applicable
- • Any other relevant information
We review all reports within 48 hours and take appropriate action based on our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
Community Guidelines
All users of Bea'Viewed must follow these guidelines:

✗ DON'T
- • Post fake or misleading content
- • Harass or threaten others
- • Manipulate reviews or ratings
- • Share personal information without consent
- • Use the platform for spam or promotion
- • Discriminate based on protected characteristics
Enforcement & Consequences
Violations of our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service may result in:
- •Warning: First-time minor violations
- •Content removal: Specific reviews, comments, or profiles
- •Temporary suspension: Loss of account access for a set period
- •Permanent ban: Permanent removal from the platform for serious or repeated violations
- •Legal action: In cases of fraud, threats, or other illegal activity
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or ban users at our sole discretion for violations of our policies. Appeals can be submitted to safety@beaviewed.com.
Limitation of Liability
Bea'Viewed provides this platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from the use of our platform or services provided by beauty professionals. By using Bea'Viewed, you agree to our Terms of Service and acknowledge that you use the platform at your own risk.
